After missing one moth, because of the pandemic, my belonging were auctioned off/ removed. Including my mothers ashes. Trying to locate them and the company refuses to help. The manager, Heather, refuses to talk to people on my behalf and we will be seeking legal advice.
Mr. Hernandez refused to supply a mailing address for his account leaving us to contact him via mail and email only. After several months of late payments incurring late fees, the account was left unpaid, in default, became delinquent and in lien. After several failed attempts to contact Mr. Hernandez we completed the steps of a legal storage facility lien. Remember - when entering into any contractual agreement, you must abide by the rules of the agreement or penalties will be enforced.
Excellent owner, staff and security. The property is always clean and the customer service is always prompt and friendly. They are not always on-site so plan ahead; However, I have never been inconvenienced from the office hours.
We have had a large storage unit since August of 2000 and are very appreciative of the security the Colorado Self Storage provides. The management is professional and very helpful. Not once in almost 15 years have we had any concerns about security or safety of the materials we store at this facility.
